Raspberry Vinaigrette PDF Print E-mail
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar or raspberry vinegar
2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp olive oil
1/3 cup salt & pepper to taste

Crush raspberries, in medium bowl whisk 2 Tbsp of puree, lemon juice,
vinegar & sugar. Add olive oil in thin stream & whisk while adding. Beat until smooth. Serve over salad greens.
